This update introduces a comprehensive Subscription Management System and streamlines the proposal request process.

🔄 Subscription & Renewal Logic​

We have implemented a tiered notification system to ensure users are aware of their account status:

  • Pre-Expiry Alerts: Users will receive renewal notifications starting one month prior to their subscription end date.
  • Grace Period: Once a subscription expires, users will see an "Expired" alert for one month.
  • Access Lockout: Exactly one month after the expiration date, access to all dashboard features will be disabled.

🛠️ Administrative Controls​

  • Global Date Management: Administrators can now manually set or adjust the subscription_end_date for any customer directly via the Admin Dashboard.

📄 Proposal Requests​

To better manage incoming inquiries, the proposal flow has been updated:

  • Users requesting a proposal will now be redirected to our ClickUp Support Form.
  • The form captures essential lead data, including Contact Number, Email Address, and other details.
